Another year full of events, meetings, pitching sessions, and hard work have passed. Let’s recap the most important BrachyDOSE moments of 2025.

Brachydose team were active participants of industry events all around the globe. From startup pitching competitions to big international summits. BrachyDOSE started 2025 by attending biggest startup events in the Baltic States, flying to the international conferences and even the United States of America.

During 2025 we attended 13 pitching and networking events:

These three programs helped to accelerate the growth of our startup throughout 2025:

Health2Innovation program

We helped to create a program for students and also attended Health2Innovation Bootcamp on 10-11th December in Lund (Sweden).

Data Pilot

We are happy that we had an opportunity to receive secondary data of Lithuanian cancer patients. We were the first startup to get a permission to analyze that data. This analysis allowed us to better understand the costs associated with cancer patients in the Lithuanian health system and adjust our business assumptions. Company’s growth

From a business development perspective, we made steady progress throughout 2025. We have filed an EU patent application, secured a seed investment, and passed the biocompatibility tests.

IP protected

Applied for a patent: A SYSTEM FOR MONITORING A RADIOTHERAPY DOSE. No.: EP25160770.1 Date: 2025-02-27.

Investment received

€554 000 seed investment received. The deal includes Coinvest Capital, BSV Ventures, and business angels’ networks LitBAN and EstBAN.

Biocompatibility assessment

BrachyDOSE successfully passed all relevant biocompatibility tests for the tube-shaped sensor.

New partnership agreement

We signed an R&D partnership agreement with Klaipėda University Hospital. This partnership will be a step forward for science and business collaborations.

What to expect in 2026

We plan next year to be full of intensive work towards our goals. As we are currently working on CE/MDR documentation and expect to complete them in 2026. Having CE/MDR certification will allow us to start selling our solution to first adopters. First sales will lift us to the next level.
