BrachyDOSE at EIC Summit 2025

The BrachyDOSE team Neringa Šeperienė and Karolina Vaičiūnaitė spent a few days in Brussels, Belgium taking part in the EIC Summit 2025. We were invited to attend a breakfast meeting on April 2nd at the Permanent Representation of Lithuania to the EU organized by Lithuanian RDI Liaison Office LINO. We had interesting discussions about Lithuanian science and business opportunities, suitable EU programs for startups and their future. It was a great opportunity to get to know other people who are also attending EIC Summit and share our experiences.

Right after the networking breakfast we hurried up to the EICSummit2025 beneficiaries events at the Tour and Taxis site. There we've attended truly inspirational workshops: Navigating Regulatory Pathways for Emerging Health Technologies, Accelerate Your Business with Innovation Procurement, Why the infamous “glass ceiling” cannot be broken by women alone - it needs to be opened “from above”, and some others. Also, we had a few networking meetings regarding the EU funding for startups.

On a 2nd day our CEO Neringa Šeperienė together with Noemi Zabari from AstroTeq.ai were sharing their experience and insights at StartupEU in Action: Real Stories of Growth from Widening Countries workshop moderated by Ana Barjasic. Later we had a few networking meetings and spent the rest of the day at the plenary stage listening to panel discussions about the scaling strategies and leadership in technology. During the awards ceremony, 9 women were awarded for their achievements in science, business and leadership.
